| Water scarcity has become a global concern, the circulation of the water application is a way to save water. This article has a very good analysis of the process requirement of circulating water dynamic simulation device. In the combination of the basis of the current situation and development of the device, come up with the design plan of CAN field bus control system. This is a high degree of automation of control scheme, under the condition of meet the technological requirements of the system, it can be controlled automatically.At first, this article expounds the principle and characteristics of the circulating water dynamic simulation device, combining with the characteristics of it, introduce the overall design scheme of the control system generally. Then, introduce the upper machine and lower machine of the control system, and the selection and design of software and hardware of them respectively.;Finally it carries on the debugging of the system in the laboratory.Lower machine select SHCAN intelligent measurement and control components, can realize the control of entrance temperature and circulating flow and various kinds of pump. This article designs the configuration of lower machine, then assembles and debugs the lower machine;At the same time based on FIX software complete the design of upper machine and various of monitoring pictures, such as flow picture, historical curve, report generation, alarm screen, realized the function of man-machine interaction, remote monitoring.Debugging results show that the control system realizes the communication between the upper machine and lower machine based on CAN Field bus, running stable, safe and reliable, good man-machine interface. Not only summarizes the results,but also put forward the deficiency of my work,and the work which need to improve in the future. |
