According to the object of circulating cooling water system provided by a sewage treatment plant and the requirements of the process of circulating cooling water treatment plant, the paper is to design a system of circulating cooling water treatment,combining PLC technology,configuration software technology and network communication technology.The system which adopts the distributed control structure,is composed of remote management system and central monitoring system.Through the system,it can realize automatic control and remote monitoring of the water treatment process,meet the requirements of industrial water,improve the rate of cooling water cycle utilization and save water resources.The central monitoring system which consists of a central station, S7-200PLC, Kinco MT4404TE touch screens, sensors and so on,is used to complete the detection of liquid level, flow, pressure,PH value and other related parameters and the control of devices. Among them, the touch screen establishes communication with PLC through the RS485bus and realizes real-time monitoring of a single site on the ground;The central station exchanges data with each touch-screen through the network technology and completes centralized monitoring of all sites.Remote management system consists of remote access Terminal and Central station, primarily to achieve cooling water system of informatization and network, effectively improve the management level and efficiency of the work and enable information sharing.The paper designs a remote access system based on C/S and B/S modes, which realizes the remote network data query and maintenance. At the same time,in order to save network congestion,server overload and other issues,the Web server is improved.We discuss the load balance technology of Web server cluster, analyze some load-balancing algorithms and built the test environment. Finally the system is debugged,modified and improved,which is to make the circulating cooling water treatment system realize automation and network.
