With the development of the national economy,LCD monitors have been widely appliedand all kinds of new monitor mounts have been designed. Based on market demand research, found that most of monitor arms brackets are not easy for installation or disassembly, manufacturing high cost or low efficiency of a series of problems installing.the major problemis that the arm locking structure design is unreasonable. In order to solve to the lockingstructure of the arm, this thesis will analyze and research by TRIZ and select the appropriateprinciple of invention. The latest design is using a three-piece wedge locking structure tomake that easier for locking and unlocking monitor brackets. It will reduce the manufacturingcost and enhance market competitiveness. The new design will put to use vertical pole andallow1~4screens hanging on the same pole, which enhance usage efficiency greatly. The main contents of this thesis include:1.This thesis studied monitor mount with rocker arm. based on the desk moving arm ofmonitor mount for researching, analyzing and calculating main load-bearing structure ofmonitor mount, detailed analysis and calculation of acting force and structure has speciallycarried on bracket structure in the design of the friction locking structure and three-piecelocking mechanism, design parameters were reasonably obtained.2. the model of monitor mount was established, and the main structure of parts modelconduct studied static stress and displacement with finite-element analysis, and then the partof design of parts conduct optimization design of size and characteristic using Solidworkssoftware.3.To assemble the product and test relevant function data and according to theexperimental data analysis results compared with finite element analysis, fully validated byexperiments. We convinced the reliability of arm structure strength and arm lock bodystructure.
