As of the end of December2012, the scale of Internet users in China has reached564million, and Internet penetration is42.1%, which maintains slow growth. Internet usage ofobtaining applications of information, such as search engines and online news, etc. exceeds80percent; on the other hand, the internet usage of social applications, such as microblog andsocial networking sites, etc. is increasing rapidly. These datas suggest that access toinformation and sharing is an important part of network activity.The author in this paper uses technology development, such as HTML5, Ajax and CSS3,etc. and an information sharing site realized according to surveys and researches on the needsof information acquiring and sharing of users in Internet era, and its main purpose is to allowusers to browse information, collect information, customize information and shareinformation, etc. more easily and quickly.In addition to functions achieved, HTML5-based information sharing site moreemphasizes on the user experience design. One of the most outstanding is the realization ofAjax brushless new waterfall flow layout, responsive web design and personalized contentrecommendations. Ajax brushless new waterfall flow layout can simplify the user’s operationand focuses on contents more. The responsive web design makes the site compatible withdevices with multiple resolutions simultaneously, can automatically adjust the display effectand is of great significance for today’s network environment of mobile devices prevailing. Inaddition, the personalized content recommendation can automatically recommend thecontents, which the users may be interested in according to the user’s browsing history andthe information type customized by user.
