Yinchuan Telecom’s Fixed-line Subscriber Loop Management System

Comparing to the rise of the subscriber loop, its management is still lagging behind. On top of this, the decentralized management could not accurately reflect the current state of the whole operation, which not only make network planning, resource scheduling and decision-making of leaders substantially difficult, but also increase the cost of telecom operating costs and result in waste of funds and resources. Therefore, a set of subscriber loop management software is urgently needed now, which is supposed to unite all functional departments tightly, eliminate isolated island of enterprise information and realize the centralized management of the entire network and analysis.This thesis first researches on the subscriber loop communication technology. It analyzes the requirements of Yinchuan telecom’s fixed-line broadband subscriber loop management, in aspect of the telecom subscriber loop device composition and the business of internet accessing to telecom subscriber loop. Then the thesis designs the subscriber loop information management system of Yinchuan telecom. The system includes data interface, the study of the structure of the database, the division of function module and so on. Finally, it make the information management of Yinchuan Telecom come true. This management can realize the import from and export to the line resources, bring about the managerial functions of the station and room and the position resources, also can realize the maintenance functions of the main distribution box, broadband equipment and the line card, and so on.
