With computer technology, wireless communication technology and the rapiddevelopment of broadband network technology, modern society, people can accessanytime, anywhere through the network of video, audio and other multimediainformation resources.Today,3G mobile communication technology matures, streamingmedia technology has been receiving increasing attention, streaming media streamingprotocol is to achieve key technical information transmission reality has not changed,the transport protocol for the quality and efficiency of information transmission playdecisive role.This thesis focuses on the introduction of streaming media protocol stack basicprinciples of streaming media synchronization mechanism was focused analysis, and onthis basis, streaming media protocol stack is analyzed. This thesis analyzes thestreaming media technology in the protocol stack RTP/RTCP protocol stack, RTSPprotocol stack and streaming media synchronization mechanism, and then analyze thevideo compression technologies, including MPEG compression technology and REALcompression technology, finally introduces video-on-demand technology and embeddedreal-time operating system VRTXsa. Then, the3G terminal streaming media protocolstack functions, features analyzed in detail, but detailing the RTP/RTCP and RTSPprotocol stack design options, including message format definition, internal/externalinterface allocation and transport model the establishment of such. Finally, on the basisof the above analysis, the configuration of the system development environment;architecture streaming media system specific functions; realization of streaming mediaprotocol stack in the Base-Band multi-tasking, RTSP protocol in the Base-Bandapplications and RTP/RTCP protocol Finally completed the streaming media protocolstack on the client implementation. Finally, the above analysis and design based on theimplementation of3G terminal streaming media system, streaming media protocol stackwill be applied directly into the system, the system consists of server and mobile clientstwo parts.In this thesis, the technical level, focusing on analysis of the streaming mediaprotocol stack on the system level architecture and modular design of an important role.Also introduced RTP/RTCP and RTSP protocol stack is how to design and implementation. Finally, in order to explain the basis of real-time operating systemVRTXsa, through the coordination of multi-task scheduling and ultimately the protocolstack of the Base-Band System.
