Therefore, an urgent need isthat it developed a small and medium garment enterprises what can meet theproduction, sales, storage and other aspects of e-commerce business online chains.In this thesis, on the basis of background research of the online interlock systemabout the current development of garment enterprises,combined with the status ofsmall and medium garment enterprises analyze, from a user perspective devised anonline chain management in order to achieve that target SMEs online chains system.First, the characteristics of the current small and medium garment enterprises todetermine the system based on B/S structure, the use of technology is relatively mature,relatively low cost and ASP technology for development, and focuses on the ASPtechnology in the application of the online chain system of the enterprises.Secondly,through the demands analysis about the online chain system of the clothing business,Identified four subsystems to be the user of the system management, businessmanagement, infrastructure management and information management, whileconducted in-depth research and development to the core subsystems, namely businessmanagement system,and confirmed seven function modules including the placing theorder, shipping, returning, inventory, billing inquiries.
