The purpose of building an information system ofwind tunnel test management is to improve test quality， shorten test life cycle， reducetest cost and ensure a good test condition. With the technology of computer， networkand database， the system will achieve entire life cycle management of wind tunneltest， including task management， procedure management， document management，resource management， etc.This article is aimed at developing a wind tunnel test management system from asoftware engineering perspective， with php+mysql+apache as technical track andmodularity， standardization and integration as design discipline. The new system willmeet new work requirements， highly integrate with existing OA office system， andrealize the data sharing of users， characters， inside information reminder mechanismand so on.This system will first make an overall demand analysis according to the low speedwind tunnel test agency， focusing on solving the problems of task management，quality management， onsite management， resource management， etc. The test runsshow that comparing with other similar systems， the information system in this articlepossesses a better interface， a higher integration and stronger operability.
