Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Qingdao Ocote Enterprises

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the best solutionof improving the industry competitiveness of which is well known by enterprisemanagers at present is the use of network environment and computer to manageenterprise operations scientifically.Qingdao AoKe Co.,Ltd. is a medium-sized and potential enterprise. With theexpansion of business scale, the use of computer systems based on informationtechnology to enterprise management is an effective way to deal with enterprisedevelopment problems. Based on B/S model, the management information system in thethesis is developed on the use of.NET technologies and C#program language,combining with SQL Server database system. The development of the system is betterto run the enterprise management for planned and organized coordination and control,which adapts to the present development situation of Qingdao AoKe Co.Ltd. In thisthesis, our main work is as follows:1. Based on the collection, reading and analysis of a large number of data, we startwith the introduction of basic concepts and theories of the enterprise information, andthe current research status in detail, and do the main research on the content andorganization of this thesis.2. From the economic feasibility, technical feasibility, and operational feasibility,We introduce the economic, technical and operational feasibility of system developmentin three dimensions and make the detailed demand analysis on the system. Moreover,according to the company’s business process, we draw the system operational flow chart.Furthermore, we design the system architecture, the main function modules of thesystem and the system’s database in detail.3．We make a system flowchart of main features in the seven functional modulesand make a detailed description of each implementation process. According to designscheme, we implement Qingdao AoKe Co.Ltd. management information system andtest it in the practical application. Through the analysis and evaluation on the test results,we draw the conclusion.
