The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) firstly，the existing problems in the management of the schools and theconstruction of information research present situation is talk about, the systemdevelopment platform and the use of the core technology is detailed elaborated.2) The analysis of library management information system needs is acquired. Thearticle divide the module, analysis method to obtain the main function modules of thesystem requirements and data process mainly using structured, according to thesoftware requirements specification requirement to the system demand analysis, thesystem function demand, performance demand, data flow diagram and the systemdesign requirements and other factors, the main analysis process are presented;3) The overall design of management information system and the detailed designof the library in primary and middle schools has completed.
