As the fast development of the internet technology, social progressing; thetraditional knowledge of the competition has benn unable to meet the examination ofthe modernization.The online knowledge contest has more practicality and versatility,not only sovle the drawbacks of the traditional knowledge contest whick consumed a lotof the manpower,material and financial resources;but also improve the knowledgecontest impartially and scientificly, it is very useful to the government agencies,administrative departments and instituions, financial institutions and other unitsThis thesis is based on the above backgroud, regarding the multifucion of theonline knowledge contest as the main object to study and design an implement of theknowledge contest for the Fujian Rural Credit Union. Analysis of the deficiencies of theexisting online knowledge contest and then optimize and improve it. Based onanalysising deeply the cactual situation of the competition of the unit, the author use theobject-oriented approach to meet the needs of the online knowledge contest, analysisingcarefully about the design and implement the detailed research, based on the Nettechnology platform and B\S design patten to use visual studio2005, microsoft QLServer2000and so on, we has already finished designed and implement an adaptableonline knowledge contest system for the unit.The paper study the online knowledge contest of the research projet, and supportfully about the network business model, improve the work efficiency, make thecomplicated things to be simple. The main contents in the knowledge contest system inthis paper:1. study and compare the difference between the traditional knowledge contestsand information technology knowledge contes.2.study the overall demand of the online knowledge system and improve thesystem through the connecting the actual situation of the unit.3. study the implementation techniques of the multi-fuctional knowledge contes.4.carry out a new degin through connecting the actual situation of the unit,whichincluding the clearance contest, automatic generation of a fixed genetic algorithm basedon priority and the kinds of questions scores of the knowledge points.
