The Design And Implementation Of ICMS Based On The Working Fluid In Training Business

The market-oriented economy entails the birth of the vocational traininginstitutions and examination-oriented training institutions which act as the bridgebetween employers and new working skills. With constant efforts and outstandingexploration, these institutions help the trainees get the improvement on knowledgeupdating, professional knowledge and professional skills. At the same time, there stillexist many problems on the administration of client relationship, due to the imperfectadministration and the short time for their development. The analysis indicates that theproblems are mainly about the inaccurate information acquisition of the clients and theover workload of the client maintenance.Aiming to solve the above problems, the researcher took one year to seek todevelop an IMIS (Integrated Management Information System). It met the requirementof the actual operation of training institution. In the procedure of developing the system,the author co-operated with the principal of IT department and deliberated the wholeprocess. It made the system enforce the management of the trainees and the agents andimprove the efficiency of the company. Also, it changed the original manual model andreached the level of standardized management.The system mainly implements the functions such as the management of agents,the management of client information acquisition, the approval and management oftraining plan, the management of the distribution of training documents and the systemconfiguration etc. The testing showed that the system is stable and practical.
