Its overallobjectives are: construction of a unified and professional enterprise ERMS, improve thelevel of service files related processes, operational efficiency, enhance the overall filemanagement capabilities, but also for enterprise knowledge management foundation.Files associated infrastructure by improving the environment, and promote employeeson file processing and utilization; through the establishment, management, professionaldocument library, accelerate enterprise to solve similar problems and speed of response.In this paper, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) for the software developmentmethods to. Net for the technical platform architecture, developed based on B/S modefor ERMS. The ERMS from requirements analysis, system design, detailed design tofinal implementation and application implementation are described, analysis and designof specific business and functional requirements of the system, system architecture,detailed system design, system implementation, and describes the ERMS solutionspractical problems and usage.Through the establishment of centralized CNPC Electronic Records ManagementSystem, to achieve unified management of various types of files, and enhance theGroup’s overall management and control capability; Meanwhile, through informationsystems and Electronic Records Management System effective integration, to achieveeffective management of all kinds of electronic documents, and establish unifiedmanagement and archival information resources sharing platform; digitization ofarchives management, network applications, improve management efficiency, improve service capabilities archives.
