Experimental stress analysis is a subject of the analysis of engineering structure stressand strain state using the experimental method. And the strain electrical measuring technologybased on the resistance strain gauge is one of the most widely applied to one of the ways in allkinds of engineering structure, mechanical structure design of experimental stress analysis.With the rapid development of science and technology, the two parts of strain electricalmeasuring technology-the resistance strain gauge and strain measuring instrument has verybig development. The traditional resistance strain gauge has gradually no longer adapt to thetest measurement technology development needs, and the embedded technology, intelligentmeasurement, network technology gradually be introduced in strain measurement system.This paper first introduces the background of this research significance and the currentresearch situation of the strain measurement at home and abroad, according to the deficiencyof the traditional strain measuring technology, the paper gives the system design requirementsand the research content. Then, the basic principle of strain electrical measurement techniquesare analyzed, at the same time, some technologies using in this system is explained in detail,including the use of software to eliminate1/4bridge road points linear error, anti-jammingtechnology, etc. Then, the system hardware realization process is introduced; includinghardware general design principles and ideas, board design and specific circuit realization,and so on. Based on the hardware platform, the realization of the system software design isdeveloped, including FPGA procedures, ARM procedures and PC software. Finally, eachinterface board of the system for veneer and overall system test to verify the performance ofthe system.The remote strain acquisition system in this paper is realized by the signal conditioningcircuit, data acquisition subsystem, and network interface subsystem module, such ascomposition. The FPGA control multi-channel analog to digital conversion module toimplement multiple strain signal acquisition and data processing, and the ARM and Ethernetchip complete the data transmission. At the same time, through the programming technologyof MFC, this paper realizes the pattern distinct and powerful PC software. And the PCsoftware is composed of setting module, display module, memory module, and playbackmodule. The test results show that the system can be controlled by the remote terminal field andachive parameter settings of measurement node and32strain signal acquisition, processingand storage. At the same time, the system can achive real-time display of the results of thedata collection. When you need to measure the strain, just need a PC equipped with the PCsoftware and the strain measurement system to access the LAN, you can remotely manipulateand measure the strain.It greatly improved work efficiency. The strain measuring systemanalysis and eliminate the error of the measurement results of the instrument by the dataprocessing of the PC software. The system has the characteristics of powerful features, highefficiency, good openness, extendibility and low cost.The system can be put into practical use,and is worthy of promoting.
