Financial Management is necessary quality of enterprise. It is closely related tomany fields about enterprise, including financial prediction, financial decisions,financial planning, financial control and financial analysis etc. So FM course playsnot only a central role in Financial Management and Account, but also an importantrole in E-commerce, Information Management, Business Administration, evenmajored in engineering.Since “Financial Management” was included in BusinessAdministration content as secondary discipline by National Education Sector in1998,it has already built a good training system about the theoretical knowledge. However,the finance management experimental teaching system should be set up for excellentfinancial manager is not perfect, even ignored by some universities.Therefore, it isvery important to build a financial management practice training platform to improvestudents’ FM skills.Through comparing the B/S model with C/S model and analyzing the applicationrange and characteristics of university financial management practice training system,it is decided to use B/S model. Because this system has great advantages ininteractivity, security, openness, flexibility and maturity.It improves data interactionvia cross-platform and web service technology. It achieves that the data in oneplatform can be used as that in another one.It makes laboratory system integrationeasier by using this technology. Now university laboratory systems is more andcomplex, the technology designs standard interface for many kinds of teaching systemsoftware and ensures integrated with other systems and second cooperativedevelopment with universities in future.Embeddedpractice test module, this systemcombines three module–practice, examination, evaluation, and achieve paperlessexamination.The system mainly includes four functional modules-system settings,data management, financial management business practicetraining and practice testplatform.
