With the rapid development of the Internet and big data technologies,relying on the vast amount of information and data stored in the Internet Web system,using data mining analysis methods to intelligently identify the risks associated with auditing has become an important direction for the development of future audit intelligence.It is also a hot topic in the current research of artificial intelligence based audit risk control system.This paper applies the current web crawler technology and clustering data mining analysis technology,and takes social security audit risk management as an example to construct an efficient audit risk management system.The efficiency of the management and control of audit risks in the current social security field has been improved,and the workload of identifying and controlling audit risks during the audit process has been reduced.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Research and analysis of current data mining analysis technologies and auditing status at home and abroad,in-depth analysis of the application of web crawler technology and JRules rules technology,the feasibility of identifying audit risks based on business rules,and defining basic technical solutions;2)Based on the focused web crawler technology,the collection and design of audit risk business rules were completed,and the specific web crawler algorithm design and rule collection results analysis were given.Based on the rules,the design of the model based on audit business rules was completed.Formulate,take the social security audit as an example,give the method of creating audit risk business rules,and build a business library of audit risk rules based on this method;3)Based on the clustering data mining analysis algorithm,the design and implementation of the audit risk self-learning model was completed,an audit risk warning mechanism was given,and a design method for how to apply the Jrules rule base to construct an early warning mechanism for design age risk was developed.The mechanism completes the design of the clustering algorithm,and verifies the reliability and feasibility of the algorithm through experiments.Finally,the design of the audit risk self-learning early warning model is completed,and the architecture and implementation flow of the model are given.4)Completed the design and implementation of audit risk management system based on clustering algorithm,using Web software engineering methods,given the entire system from the aspects of system requirements analysis,overall architecture design,interface design,detailed design of core functions,etc.The system's design and implementation plan,and verified the correctness and reliability of the system design from several aspects of system function and performance through testing,and the results show that the audit risk management system constructed through this paper can effectively improve the current audit risk management efficiency.
