The Research On New Energy Industry Reports In Economic Newspapers

The new energy industry is an important index of a country’s development levelof high-tech industry. It is contemporary productivity new growing point and thecommanding elevation of all sorts of competition. Developing the new energyindustry is the important act to go along with the technological trend and to pushahead comprehensive industrial restructuring. In recent years, represented by the windpower sector,the solar photovoltaic industry, the new energy industry developedrapidly. At the same time, it also gaining more prominence come from massmedia.Then, with a powerful and sensitive awareness of industrial development, howdoes financial newspaper build the new energy reports, whether there exists weakpoints and room for improvement. All of these are the aims to be solved in this paper.This paper selects Economic Daily，21st Century Business Herald and ChinaEnergy News as the paper samples. By empirical research and text analysis of thesesamples, we can conclude that the reports on the new energy industry have becomeconventional issues in the financial newspaper. Among those financial newspapers,party newspaper and business paper have different focus on the issues of the newenergy industry. Professional newspaper tried to show the overall issues of theindustry. In addition, there is a quite difference among party newspaper and businesspaper in the media image of the new energy industry.By empirical research and text analysis of those three financial newspapers, wecan find that some reports were written by a familiar mode, the major events were leftsometimes, the majority of the issues of the new energy industry is not enough andthere are some deviations between the media image of the new energy industryimages of party newspaper and business paper. For the shortcomings of the reports onthe new energy industry of Economic Daily，21st Century Business Herald and ChinaEnergy News, this paper puts forward some recommendations. First, from the macrolevel, we should put the new energy industry in the big world background forcalculation, we should view the problem in the mass and from the developmentalpoint of view. Second, on the micro level, we could look through the new energy companies at the all industry, we could outstand local characteristics, and give play topositive effect from the negative news. Third, look from microcosmic level, linkingwith ordinary people’s lives, serving the public wholeheartedly, increasing purchaser’sdesire to buy new energy products.
