Along with social economic and technology developing,the development of industry isgradually accelerating. More and more industrial advance the requirement to the fire fightingsystems.The traditional industrial fire fighting systems done by man which is low efficiency canno longer fulfills the need of industrial fire fighting systems with large space. Therefore,in orderto extinguish the fire of industrial buildings with large space, the research of industrial automaticfire systems is increasingly important.We consider the development of the automatic fire control system as the research subject inpaper. Firstly, we analysis the theory of combustion and extinguishing, and set up water jettrajectory model with secondary air resistance. Deduced the formula used to calculate the firegun pitching Angle and rotation Angle through the model, it laid the foundation of simulation forthe realization of the automatic fire control system. Secondly, we designed the automatic firecontrol system and detailed the design of hardware and software of the system. And we designedthe Fuzzy PID controller with the flow as input object and the opening range of electric valve.The simulation results show that this controller has fast dynamic response, high control accuracy,good steady state, the characteristics of strong robustness. Finally, based onHardware-in-the-Loop simulation technology, the design of automatic fire control system in thisarticle used in the Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation. Based on the MATLAB environment, weset up the HILS experimental of automatic fire control system, and the water cannons can befired automatically.The experimental results show that the designed automatic fire control system in this papercan be positioning automatic and extinguishing fire to the fire point quickly and accurately. Thecontrol effect is stable, the range of the water jet trajectory error is less than5%and theextinguishing effect is better. At the same time, we can verify that using HILS to designindustrial automatic fire control system is feasible.
