Research On International Bidding Project Based On Fuzzy Mathematics And Neural Network

In international project management, project bidding is an important part in theincreasingly competitive international construction market. Making right or wrong forenterprises during bid and quotes decision stage can play a vital role in a bid if theywant to win in case of considerable strength.After studying the characteristics of the international project bidding, we dividedthe bid decision-making process into two successive stages which are “biddingdecisionstage stage” and “quotation decision stage”. On the basis of a large number ofinspection and research for domestic and abroad decision-making method, we putforward the significance of this research topic.The goal of tender decision-making stage is to decide whether to tender or not;On the basis of a variety of factors that influence the international projects biddingand the functions and features of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and artificialneural network, we proposed a tender decision-making model based on fuzzycomprehensive evaluation and artificial neural network, then we elaborate the modelfrom basic ideas and the process of establishing the model in detail. At last，we verifythe model in a ture international project bidding case. The goal of quotation decisionis to give a competitive elevation offer value; We pointed out the feasibility use offuzzy neural network in the studying of historical quotes data and comparing differentquotes methods model and then put forward the offer decision-making based on fuzzyneural network and elaborate the model architecture, learning algorithm and itsshortcomings in detail.
