The crude crystals were used in many important engineering materials, themicro-structure due to scattering caused by the ultrasonic signal, resulting in severeattenuation of the signal, the signal to noise ratio and sensitivity of the ultrasonic detector isnot high. Sonication in the present art, in order to improve the signal to noise ratio, the mainuse of the ultrasound signal processing techniques abnormally. However, due to the highsensitivity of the technique of many parameters, insufficient detection capability, resulting inthe actual production process can not get the promotion and application. Here the method offrequency analysis of the signal processing analysis we propose, through the time-frequencyanalysis is a two-dimensional time-domain signal into time-frequency images, richerinformation in the signal image show up in the actual application potential is very large. In the paper the progress of our ultrasonic testing background, coarse crystallinematerials testing and development of its detection method for a certain description of thetime-frequency analysis and wavelet analysis are introduced in detail in the paper, weintroduce a specific wavelet. The basic principle of transformation, and several waveletrepresentation function, and we also wavelet transform in the application of ultrasonic testingconducted in-depth research. When our main signal from the ultrasonic nondestructive testingfrequency in the article analysis methods; noise reduction method of ultrasonic testing ofultrasonic grain noise and noise reduction methods were studied three aspects, which fordigital ultrasound systems and particle noise modeling analysis, and get some conclusionsthrough simulation, the purpose of the study subjects provided a good proof.
