Ultrasonic nondestructive testing technique plays an important role in improvement of product quality, process security, increase of work efficiency and so on., as to advance dependability and efficiency of ultrasonic testing, it is developing direction that ultrasonic testing technique system of digital,brainpower, automation and image is designed nowadays. DSP as hardware of digital signal process is appropriate in digital ultrasonic automatic inspection because of its advantage in speed and configuration.The thesis uses pulse-echo method, chooses TMS320VC5402 from TI which is core of control and operation in the system, equips high speed A/D and other high precision components. After doing some research about ultrasonic transmitting characteristics, a ultrasonic nondestructive testing system has been designed based on DSP. However , traditional ultrasonic emission circuit is always along with some problems such as high cost, large bulk and security. To these shortages, a new ultrasonic emission circuit only with +5V power supply is developed that is based on doing some research about ultrasonic emission circuit , it can bring spring pulse that frequency is more than 1MHz and voltage is more than 400V. The problem that the sampling speed of A/D doesn't adapted the working frequency of DSP is solved by FIFO. Finally anti-jamming measure about hardware and software is brought forward.Function, stability and reliability are final goals of the system. Ultrasonic automatic nondestructive testing system is constructed that makes firm foundation for development of more dependable ultrasonic nondestructive testing system.
