As a wireless technology, ZigBee technology has been extensively adopted innumerous application scenarios due to the advantage of low cost, low powerconsuming and low data rate. However, in ZigBee wireless applications, the failure ofdata delivery occurs constantly due to the node movements or topology changes ofnetworks. To tackle the topology changes, conventional route reconstruction ofteninvolves huge resource consumption, which will shorten the lifetime of the network.In this paper, in order to enhance the mobility-robustness and decrease energyconsumption in the network, a dynamically distributed clusters routing algorithm withhigh stability is proposed, which utilize the advantage of energy consumption in ahybrid algorithm of ClusterTree+AODVjr and the advantage of mobility managementin cluster algorithm. The contents of the study are as follows:1) analysis theperformance of Cluster-Tree protocol, AODVjr protocol and ClusterTree+AODVjrprotocol separately.2) propose a dynamically distributed clusters routing algorithmbased on a hybrid algorithm of ClusterTree and AODVjr.3) Test the performance ofdynamically distributed clusters routing algorithm based on a hybrid algorithm ofClusterTree and AODVjr by NS2. The innovation of this paper are utilizing theautomatic management mechanism of automated group clusters and clusterrestructuring processing. It permits the node to change its state and permits thecluster to be merged and divided autonomously according to the structure changing ofthe topology networks. Therefore, the improved algorithm can respond immediatelyto the topology changes of the mobile nodes, so that the network connection is rebuitrapidly. Another advangtage is that not only packet loss is reduced, but energyconsumption is decreased by optimizing flood broadcast of RREQ packet. NetworkSimulator based evaluation results show that our algorithm, compared with theoriginal one, can increase average packet delivery rate of the whole network, saveenergy consumption and ensure the mobility-robustness and lifetime of the network.
