With the development of the Internet, the performance requirements oftransmitter in industrial process control are increasingly improved. Judging from thecurrent situation in the market, there are only ordinary digital pressures ones with lowmeasurement accuracy and the poor reliability, and they are not equipped with thefault diagnosis and self-repair functions. Therefore, It is difficult to monitor inpractice, the complexity and high cost of maintenance consumes a lot of manual laborand material resources. Meanwhile, potential safety hazard such as difficulty inpressure control, instable voltage of the device, being stolen, contrived move andpipeline ageing exist in on-site use. The emergence of the Internet of Things is toapply information technology to industrial production and daily life in a morecomprehensive and thorough way. It is the new wave of information revolutionrecognized by the whole world. So the intelligent transmitter becomes an importantpart of the Internet of Things. It sets up a convenient bridge between enterprises andequipments, and monitors the equipment at all time, and send node data timely toinformation center, making it convenient for the staff to carry out monitoring andmaintenance of the equipment, thus save a good deal of costs. It is a product worthyof the trust of users. Therefore, in order to adapt to the informationized constructionof a new generation of oil gas fields, gradually support the system construction of theinternet of Things, research and develop intelligent pressure transmitter system withterminal and node functions, capable of synchronized measurements of temperature,pressure, vibration, and position, supporting comprehensive decision-making hasfar-reaching significance.Mainly focused on the terminal of the Internet of Things, this paper will explainthe overall rame, system hardware, software design, and sensor data acquisition, dataprocessing and data transfer. First, this paper will give a overall design of the systemof intelligent pressure transmitter oriented Internet of things based on cyber systemand relevant technologies, and work out the routes and methods; Then, according tothe overall design, scheme for hardware design will be worked out in detail. Moduleunits based on the latter will also be designed, mainly including module ofmicroprocessor control, module of sensor, modules of wireless communication. Next,based on the overall performance requirements and hardware connector design of the transmitter of Internet of Things, this paper will complete the software design of thetransmitter and at the same time make a detailed description of the nonlinearprocessing. Finally, through the debugging of hardware and software, the performanceof the transmitter system of the Internet of Things will be assessed; and the nonlinearcompensation results of the transmitter will be analyzed.Module tests of the transmitter has proved that everything is normal, and that itcompletes the designed functions; After nonlinear algorithm compensation, systemnonlinearity error has increased to about0.1%, linearity has been greatly improved.
