Reliability analysis is a significant component of the reliability engineering, especially in civilaircraft area. It’s also an important means to improve the reliability of the civil aircraft system. Theimplementation of the reliability analysis cannot get rid of the dependence of reliability data. In thewhole stage of civil aircraft designing and developing, the reliability data plays an important role. Dueto the lateness of our civil aircraft planning, we are in the lack of related reliability data. However,during the design, manufacturing, testing and maintenance process of the industrial product, a largenumber of reliability information has produced, or even similar civil aircraft products are available.Therefore, how to use this reliability information reasonably, make supplement of the lack of data, inthe period of civil aircraft designing, is particularly important.This paper mainly did the work of following aspects:The fusion method of small sample and zero-failure data of multi-environmental was studied.Through the research of small sample and zero-failure data obeyed Weibull distribution, small sampledata fusion method based on the environmental conversion factor was formed, which realized thetransformation of reliability data under different environments. The accuracy of the calculationmethod was verified by the Simulation data.Focused on the fusion of multi-sourced reliability data, the weighted integration and Bayes methodwas studied. Method of the improved AHP was put forward to calculate the weighting factor. For thematrix inconsistency problem, designed a new approach to deal with it. For the failure rate data withdifferent resources, a new fusion method based on fault record was proposed, solved the problem ofcomplex data source and data in discrete situation. Finally, an example was given to put this methodinto application.Based on the parts’ failure rate of civil aircraft fuel system calculated by the fusion method,FMECA was carried on. By the study of the structure and function of civil aircraft fuel system, thereliability models of typical subsystems were formed. Then, FMECA was carried on the typicalsubsystem. Through the analysis of the failure mode and the influence, improving measures were putforward. An example was used to prove the application of data fusion in civil aircraft reliabilityanalysis.In the end, based on the data fusion method, a reliability data system of civil aircraft was developedto provide auxiliary for the design and verification of the civil aircraft.
