With the rapid development of aircraft manufacturing, aircraft related researchalso has received the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. Mass as animportant part of aircraft quality parameters, that affect vehicle capacity, orbitcontrol and precision orbit parameters of important information. Basic massmeasuring equipment at this stage and the development of the technology havematured, the scholars in improving precision measuring equipment and equipmentautomation level is still doing the unremitting efforts. This article is aimed at amodel big size of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) mass measurementrequirements, is developed based on the four weighing method, the quality of thebasic theory of centroid measurement equipment, realize the automation of themeasurement process, the measuring equipment at the same time, in the design andquality centroid algorithm on the basis of the existing measurement system isimproved. Concrete research content is as follows:Based on the existing measuring equipment at home and abroad and theanalysis of the measuring methods of research, combined with the actualgeometrical shape of the product under test size and other characteristics, make surethe design of mass measurement equipment. According to four basic measuringprinciple of weighing method to design the mechanical structure of the measuringdevice, and application of high precision measuring equipment of geometric lasertracker to determining the relationship between the product and the relative positionof the measuring device, this method compared with the commonly used methods ofmechanical positioning accuracy is higher.Through to the electrical system design and implementation of sensor outputdata acquisition, and automatic control of mechanical equipment lifting. AdoptingVT450weight monitor sensor output signal collection and processing, through thePCI1610A serial port of PC serial port expansion card to extend, facilitatesynchronous read4road weighing transducer output data; Through the design ofexplosion proof motor, control circuit, the realization of the automatic control ofthe measuring table elevation, to cooperate to complete the quality of the productunder test center of mass of the measurement process.Based on Visual Basic6.0development tools developed by mass specialmeasurement software, can read the serial port information to obtain the output data,the sensor again through internal fusion including sensor calibration, coordinatetransformation, mass calculation, the algorithm of multiple processing for the readdata is calculated, finally realizes the centroid calculation, display for the product quality.Application of statistical methods on the measurement equipment massmeasurement uncertainty of the estimate, and through the experiment, test thefunction of the measuring equipment and test equipment accuracy of measurement.Validated this topic research and the quality of the centroid measurement equipmentcomply with the design requirements.
