In the researching process of the orbit translate vehicle, etc, the imaginginformation of the space-based visible sensor is necessary for the problems as thesimulation and verification of the methods for identifying, validating and trackingof the target, the feasibility analysis of the visible sensor, the choice of theparameters of the visible sensor, etc. Because the real imaging information is hardlyto get, it is the mostly applied method to get the images by digital image generation.Firstly, the overall design of the digital image generation system is carried outbased on the functions needed. The function of the generation system is confirmed;the functional modules of the system are analyzed and designed; the functions andthe relationships of the functional modules are analyzed.Secondly, the models included in the system are built up. The transition modelof the coordinate systems is built up. Base on analyzing the Optical load imaginglink component part and transformation relation, then a common model of imagingpositioning transformation in the process of the optical load imaging transformationis derived.Central projection imaging formulas express the projection relationship between theobject point and image point. Because in the form of the model is very complex, itis difficult to gain the analytic solution. The above functions can be achieved byusing Maple Toolbox for MATLAB in this paper.Thirdly, the model about the reflection spectral character of target is built bychoosing a efficient method; the models about the background, imaging of thesensor, noise are also built. Finally, the emulating of the visible sensor with a large field of view in theorbit translate vehicle is taken using this simulation system. The analysis of theresult is completed.
