Microscope had been playing an important role in research and application of eachdiscipline. With the development of digital image technology and computer technology, therequirement to the microscope is also more and more high, From the initial watching localview through a microscope directly to realize the automation of the microscope system untilnow. The integration features include: such as automatic acquisition, automatic control,automatic mosaic, remote browsing and so on. This article is mainly focused on microscopicimage mosaic technology of automatic microscope system, Aimed at putting the local clearimages spliced into a clear picture of the global.To realize image matching in stitching image, through the research and analysis of0,1templates and gray template, presents a matching algorithm based on template like field word.This method is an improved gray template matching algorithm, Using the ratio from foursides of rectangular and two diagonal corresponding as template feature, combined with thePyramid idea to realize image matching. The experimental results show that, The algorithmneeds small amount of computation, has good Real-time, and it can also meet the imagemosaic of low contrast and different amount of information.Aiming at realizing mosaicing image fusion of microscopic. By analyzing thecharacteristics of microscopic image, presents combining the luminance equalization andfades in and fades out image fusion algorithm. Firstly, putting microscopic image brightlessbalance; secondly, using fades in and fades out way to realize fusion; finally, the fused imagepost processing to achieve better visual effect. The experimental results show that, thealgorithm is simple than pyramid and dimension reduction method, at the same time,eliminate the simple use of gradual fade color effects.In a word, based on image matching and fusion, using the way to realize connection based on the same row and the same column. Finally, using different amount of informationand low contrast image to experiment by VC++, verified this method is feasibility.
