Shaftless driven technology is a integrated technology, which spans domains withinmechanical engineering, control theory,communication theory and transmission technology.Shaftless driven technology can replace mechanism transmission to realize exacttransmission. So shaftless driven technology plays an important role and has capaciousapplication foreground in printing, mechanical processing and other fields that needs.This paper takes the shaftless driving technology in printing machine as applicationbackground,studying the shaftless drive technology comprehensive,indepth,design the systemscheme according to the structure characteristics and system application of shaftless driventechnology,completing the design of hardware circuit of shaftless driven on thisbasis,achieving the synchronization control of multiple motors with Fuzzy-PID controlalgorithms.The essence of shaftless driven control is multi-motor synchronous control,in order toachieve the synchronization control of multiple motors,adjusting and preticting themotors’speeds timely,the system full applying the proportional relationship of speedsdifference of motors and tension,by using intelligent control algorithm-PFC algorithm tosimulating the tension control system,achieving constant tension control.In this constanttension control,paper first discusses the variation principle of tension, then establishes themathematical model of variable tension value on tension control system. To achieving theconstent tension control, the paper introduces PFC algorithm. Both models based on thealgorithms of PFC and PID control on shaftless driven are modeled and simulated.At thesame time,the paper elaborates the proposing appling developing operating principles ofPFC algorithm;derivates the application of PFC algorithm in shaftless-driven in pringtingmachine.The simulation results indicates that the algorithms control of PFC is better than PID in anti-interferencing,stabling and tracking in the complex system with multiple variables,time-varying and strong-coupling characteristics. The simulation system provides atheoretical basis to build the actual control system.
