Currently, the most of methods are invasive method in clinic for intracranialpressure detection. Because the invasive intracranial pressure detection has manydisadvantages,it desiderates a real sense of intracranial pressure noninvasive detectionto solve those disadvantages. In view of the intracranial disease changes on theinfluence of ultrasonic characteristics, this paper will use the ultrasonic propagationcharacteristics for achieving intracranial pressure noninvasive detection.Theultrasonic amplitude and phase is associated with the density of elastic medium, so itcan use the ultrasonic amplitude and phase todemodulate the press that is loaded onthe elastic medium.The change of biological tissue density is mostly due to thepressure and its qualitative change,the changes of intracranial pressure is also causedby the qualitative change of head inside biological tissue,therefore, it can use theultrasonic amplitude and phase todemodulate the intracranial pressure.It can set up acompletetheory that noninvasive intracranial pressure monitoring based on ultrasonicpressure demodulation method. Use the numerical simulation to verify the correctnessof the theory. The theoretical model is experimental verificationbase on buildingreasonable implementation system. By analyzing the theoretical simulation andexperimental results,it can conclude that ultrasonic amplitude and phase can welldemodulate the model pressure.On the basis of experiment system to design theultrasonic noninvasive intracranial pressure detector,this equipment is used forclinical trial research.Analyzing the patients data,the processed data to feedback totheory.At last it can realize the unification of the theory and experimental data.Ultrasonic noninvasive intracranial pressure detection method is effective and broadapplication prospectsbased on the above theory and the experimental results.In thispaper, the main work content is as follows.①The ultrasonic propagation characteristics is used to demodulate the press,and check formula to get the theory that ultrasonic amplitude and phase demodulatesthe pressure. Ultimately complete theory that noninvasive intracranial pressuremonitoring based on ultrasonic pressure demodulation method.②The COMSOLand Abaqus software are used to simulate the theory. Andthe results can verify the correctness of the theory.③Laboratory model is set up and carries on the experiment of the above theory, the experimental data is feedback to the basic theory, and the experiment andtheoretical results are analyzed④It is study that the changes of intracranial pressure mechanism and thecharacteristics of the spread of ultrasound in brain. That can get the influenceofincreasing intracranial pressure on ultrasonic propagation characteristics. Andultrasonic signal through the brain is measured to demodulate the intracranial pressure.The ultrasonic noninvasive intracranial pressure detector is used in the study ofclinical trials. It will be received that the clinical trial data,model data and theory date,finally it is concluded that the feasibility of noninvasive intracranial pressuremonitoring based on ultrasonic pressure demodulation method in clinical applicationby analyzing all results,...
