On The Research Of The Column Characteristic Of The"special Help" In Hebei Farmers’ Channel

With the development of specialization of TV channel and construction of China’seconomy,culture is increasingly closer to the people’s livelihood, and the introduction, planing,research and rise of community mediation programs become one of the highlights oftelevision innovation in recent years. Hebei TV channel farmers "special help" column is theleader in this type of community mediation programs.
