This paper presents the sensitive element cost high silver solution as the mainstreammaterial NTC sensitive ceramic electrode caused by the program, through the study ofmultilayer electrode combination to meet the performance requirements of NTC sensitiveceramic electrode, which is important to reduce the production cost of NTC sensitiveelement. This article from the ohmic contact angle, analysis of a variety of metal work functionand NTC materials to form an ohmic contact and the possibility of starting the exploringelectrode conducting layer; from sensitive components need to be soldered to the lead angleof welding layer exists, explores the necessity and feasibility; from the electrode conductinglayer and the welding layer thermal matching performance, by the method of simulation fora variety of metal materials by simulation analysis of the thermal performance, discusses thenecessity of the existence of transition layer. From the above three aspects analysis, find areliable NTC thermistor electrode metal collocation method, this method is through the useof ordinary metal for precious metals preparation NTC thermistor electrode, can effectivelyreduce the production cost of NTC thermistors. After NTC thermistor plated electrode, requires the application to sensitive components.According to the problem of application ways of NTC thermistors problem, this paperproposes a new application mode, the application of the sensitive element resistance can beadjusted to achieve a simple, and element unqualified intelligent analysis, industrialization,large-scale production of specific to NTC sensitive element. At the same time, the packagecan be applied to most sensitive element.
