With the rapid development of the aerospace industry and the science and technology,the demand for high-quality Negative Temperature Coefficient(NTC)thermistor components is increasing day by day,and more high temperature accuracy and high reliability are also proposed.In the current environment where international relations are not stable,how to make China's component products stand out and provide alternatives to foreign similar components and products,and more and better use in more fields.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to study the key process of the process parameters and operation details in the NTC thermistor manufacturing process,which may affect the electrical performance and reliability of the components.From this study we can obtain the trend of product performance impact with different process conditions.So we can determine the best production process,to lay the foundation for the preparation of high-precision,high-reliability NTC thermistor components.In the actual production of the factory,how to prepare high-precision and high-reliability NTC thermistor through process guarantee,there are still some scientific problems that have not been solved.In this thesis,the research on the sintering of gold electrode chip NTC thermistor and the research status of electrode preparation process are summarized.At present,there are problems such as poor consistency of electrical parameters and poor stability of the sample in the sintering process.In response to these problems,this thesis proposes improvement measures and conducts comparative tests.The effects of different sintering processes on experimental samples were studied.The experimental samples in different processes were observed and tested.The effects of ceramic green pressing placement and sintering temperature on the ceramic matrix were studied.We got the best sintering process.For the first time,gold paste is used as the electrode material for the chip NTC thermistor.There is little research on this material,and it has not been applied to actual factory mass production.The electrode preparation process generally has problems such as poor electrode adhesion and poor consistency of the electrode film thickness.In this thesis,through the comparison of three different electrode preparation schemes,the electrode preparation process which is more suitable for the factory is studied;the research on the different material components in the gold paste is carried out,and the influence on the performance of the experimental samples is analyzed to determine the electronic slurry which is more suitable for production.Analyze the different electrode thicknesses of the experimental samples,the main factors affecting the consistency of the electrode thickness,the thickness of the gold layer,the infiltration curve of the gold paste(burning gold temperature,time,etc.),etc.And The optimum electrode preparation process was studied.Finally,through batch production verification,the sintering process and electrode preparation process are designed reasonably,and can produce high quality products and meet the production requirements of the factory.
