The service is provided to users as the basic units by matching user requirementsand its function, and reused, composited and verified of proper service in resourcepool to constitute a "loosely coupled network application service on demand", that isthe key to SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) from concept to application.Service composition as the core technology of SOA, has become a hot researchproblem in many areas such as software theory, software engineering, artificialintelligence and the middleware and application integration. However, because thedevelopment requirements of the service combination is nonlinear, complexity anduncertainty and the development in the aspect of dynamic and intelligent and otherrequirements, the technical theory system, engineering methods and implementationmethod of service combination are facing many serious challenges.According to the systematic research of the biological world in recent years, thereis a coordinated control mutual relationship between the nervous system, endocrinesystem and immune system three, the interaction between them make that the overallbiological system reflects the emergent, self-organizing, adaptive, self expansion,collaborative and other important features. Each individual to follow a simple set ofrules of conduct, and a group of individuals will display complex emergent behavior.This paper using the basic theory and method of neuroendocrine immune system,pointing at the complex task of Web service composition problems, following theprinciples of neuroendocrine immune network overall intelligence, explore and studythe service composition theory and key technology based on biological emergencemechanism. Combined with XML, Web Services, Agent technology and tokenstructure, communication mechanism is proposed multicast distributed biologicalnetwork based on communication technology, and based on the biological immuneneuroendocrine (NEI) system for emergent and self-learning mechanism, proposedself-learning service emergence immune method.Mobile Agent is designed to have immune behavior of biological entities, and the proxy Web service. The formation ofemergent entities matching algorithm of network by affinity, dynamic selection, adjusttheir internal service, Web service is completed automatic composition. Simulationresults show that, the immunization service emergence method of self-learningproposed by this paper method can not only increase the Agent entity of messageprocessing, reduce the blind migration of Agent entity, self organization to completethe dynamic composition of Web services, autonomous learning and managementwork, but also effectively improve the response speed and service efficiency.
