Research On The Customization Of Business Process Under SaaS

With the development of Internet technology and application software, a newform of software services-software as a service (SaaS) gradually developed. UnderSaaS model, software is provided to corporate users as a service by the softwareservice operators and returns to its nature-service. Its appearance has a profoundimpact on the SME, and provides a new method to solve the high cost and riskproblem on their informationization.“On-demand” and “Multitenant Efficient” are two key features of SaaS. It’s abig challenge to minister the dynamic business process demands in the process ofSaaS’s application.Under the above research background, this paper firstly layouts a levelcustomized framework based on business object meta to acquire the tenant’sbusiness process needs. Secondly we propose a dynamic customization model ofbusiness processes based on QoS under SaaS. The basic attributes: available、reliable、cost and time of QoS(quality of service) are designed as the target principles.In this model, we assume the tenant has their own cost and time constraints. Andthirdly, we propose the algorithm of Global Optimal of Dynamic Business ProcessSelection (GODPS) based on the GA to solve the model.Finally, the author summarizes and points out defects of the research, and has alook of the further application perspective of SaaS in the age of cloud computing.
