With the rapid progress of electronic technology, Electronic circuit develops towardsthe direction of microminiature and micromation, which put forward higher and higherrequirements to the packaging technology. As the core and key of electronic packagingtechnology, the development of dispensing technology is directly related to the quality ofpackaging technology. Dispensing machine is a kind of automatic equipment which put thecolloid to a specified location in a specified way according to a predetermined route point.This paper studied a new dispensing equipment-servo dispensing machine.The servo dispensing machine is mainly used for the key technology research of LEDproduct packaging. The paper separately introduces the two parts of the design of servodispensing machine in detail, which is the upper machine and the lower machine. Thehuman-computer interface of the upper machine is mainly described, and the MFCfoundation class library is used as the development environment. The lower machine designis divided into hardware and software: For the hardware, the intelligent motion controller ofthe dispensing machine is introduced, and the CPU module, communication module, theexternal extended memory module and the system basic modules are selected and designed;For the software, the transplant of the real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and therealization of the function module protocol are introduced.The functions of the dispensing machine such as data input, data transmission, thedispensing operation, data feedback are realized in the design through the field test andoperation. The system is characterized by stable operation, reliable data and a certaindegereen of expansibility.
