The audio horn is one of the main accessories of the audio equipment.In the production process of the horn,after the welding of the solder joint on the horn and the metal wire,the solder joint and the metal wire need to be glued to prevent the solder joint.Oxidation and metal wire loosening,thus extending the life of the audio speaker.Most of the existing speaker manufacturers use the manual hand-held glue gun dispensing process in the production process of the audio speaker,which seriously affects the production efficiency of the audio speaker.In order to realize the automatic production of audio speakers and improve the production efficiency of enterprises,automatic dispensing is an inaccessible link.In this paper,for the automatic dispensing problem of the speaker voice coil,a machine vision-based speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system has been developed.First of all,this paper investigates the research status of domestic and foreign dispensers.According to the dispensing requirements of the speaker manufacturer and the system dispensing environment,the performance index analysis of the developed dispensing system and the overall design of the system are carried out.Complete hardware selection for vision systems and motion control systems,including light sources,industrial cameras,lenses,motion control boards,and more.In addition,the camera calibration technology is introduced.The camera is calibrated using the nine-point calibration method,and the conversion relationship between the image coordinate system and the world coordinate system is obtained.Secondly,this paper carries out image acquisition on the speaker voice coil,and the welding point and the metal wire of the speaker voice coil are identified by the image algorithm,and the pixel coordinates of the dispensing position are extracted.In this paper,an image-based algorithm for identifying solder joints and metal wire bonds is proposed.A quadratic least squares ellipse fitting method based on Hough circle detection is proposed.This method combines the Hough gradient circle fitting method and the least squares ellipse fitting method.The advantage of the method is that the algorithm has high recognition rate,short time-consuming,small error,and the applicability of the algorithm is wide.Then,the demand analysis and design of the mechanical structure,control system and communication module of the dispensing system are respectively carried out,and the application software design and development of the speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system are completed in combination with the requirements of the speaker manufacturer and the system dispensing requirements.Completed the development of the speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system.Finally,the experimental test analysis of the developed speaker ring voice automatic dispensing system.The experimental results show that the machine vision-based speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system designed and developed in this paper meets the performance requirements of the system,meets the requirements of the speaker manufacturer,and has finally been put into production.
