Microelectronics and optoelectronics technology advances, making toward miniaturization of electronic circuits rapidly. And to further enhance the packaging technology is imperative. Dispensing technology is the quantity of colloids in walking speed and volume of the plastic in a controlled manner, in accordance with a predetermined trajectory assigned to the specified location technology, which is directly related to the merits of the package. This paper is mainly engaged in the research, new dispensing equipment——Multi-Valve Servo Dispensing Machine.Dispenser servo controller integrated on the basis of the overall design, mainly on the company’s hardware-based NXP Semiconductors LPC2468 microcontroller ARM7 32 dispenser controller design. In this paper, the servo valve integrated multi-valve dispenser of upper machine hardware and software design of lower machine to do a detailed and specific description. PC using IPC coupled with LCD touch screen to achieve, software with MFC base class environment to develop, complete keyboard input, parameter settings and screen display. Lower machine motion control and dispensing control systems into one three-dimensional platform, constitute a servo control system integrated dispenser control. In the end the paper introduces a motor velocity control strategy based on exponential velocity curve and its left-endpoint realization. Furthermore the interpolation algorithm is developed for the linear, circular and elliptical motion on the plane.
