Research And Application On Visual Workflow

Workflow technology is generated in the office automation needs driven, andit is used in many zones, such as telecommunications, finance, banking, postalservices, scientific experiments, shipping, power and other industries. Visualizationof workflow technology is to use the visual modeling platform for modeling in themodeling phase of workflow process. The workflow technology that is achieved byvisual modeling tool has a high degree of flexibility. When business processeschange, management can build the workflow process model conveniently, whichcan greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises. This article is to research theabove problems by combining with the research project “the laboratory of cloudcomputing public service (SaaS) based development platform project of AnhuiElectric Power Corporation” of Anhui Electric Power Research Institute and itsmain works are as follows:(1) The workflow technology is studied and analyzed in depth, and Theworkflow model and the commonly used modeling method is discussed indetail.The implementation process of the workflow engine is analyzed byunderstanding the workflow engine process and relying on visual modeling toolgenerated files, and a universal strong, lightweight workflow engine is designedand achieved.(2) The advantages and drawbacks of several visual model development tool isanalyzed because of the actual needs of the work, and the visual modeling toolbased on active network picture is developed by Flex technology to meet the needsof the weaker professional management personnel.(3) Combining the above two points, a visual workflow system is developed.Firstly, the process documents is generated by the visual modeling tool, and thenthe process documents will parsed by the workflow engine, and complete thecorresponding demand function, Finally, the seamless connection of the visualworkflow system and business system is realized.At present,“the laboratory of cloud computing public service (SaaS) based onthe development platform project of Anhui Electric Power Corporation” has passedthe performance testing, and meets the requirements. The system has obtained goodeffect in practical use of the Anhui province electric power company.
