As a kind of clean energy, solar energy has the characteristics of time-varying, nonlinear and so on. There is so much inconvenience in its applications. Therefore, this article in view of the solar (as unstable heat source) hot air system, aiming at the problems when applied in heating or drying, research of intelligent fuzzy control on the hot air temperature control application.This paper is based on the realization of solar chimney system for the purpose of energy controllable. First of all, design of multi-point temperature measurement module based on DS18B20, delay control fan gear module, the output voltage of inverter control module based on DAC0832and serial communication module. The hardware circuit of the four modules as the core of the solar energy hot air temperature control system; Secondly, based on the theory of fuzzy control, combined with the characteristics of the system, the design of a fuzzy controller with double input and double output by using MATLAB software, and on the basis of heat transfer theory and establishes a heat transfer model of fan coil, then fuzzy control system simulation, the fuzzy control table is calculated and parameters required for the subsequent software programming. Thirdly, by using serial communication principle to finish the software programming of solar chimney system, realize the real-time monitoring of temperature and the equipment, which has the function of storage, query, curve display of data. Finally, debugging the hardware circuit and software program, using the method of look-up table to realize fuzzy control based on STC89C52and doing the related experiment, experiments show the control system can reach the expected goal.
