The Research Of Grid Birth-control Management System Based On GIS

Birth control is our insist long term basic state policy in the primary stage ofsocialism. High development of information technology provide convenient and fastinstrument for the population information management and co-ordinate populationpolicy of birth control planning department. As the expansion of city dimensions andaccelerating urbanization process,the floating people and special crowds becomemore and more in city, the birth control management becomes more and moredifficult. How to find and solve the arising problem in birth control working becomesthe fervent concern of birth control workers and it is also hot issue of informationsystem technology research.This essay combines the features of rural-urban joint part which Yan Tai LaiShan locates in, adopts the technology of GIS geography and community girds,analyses and researches the birth control information management system, and takesthe Yantai Laishan district as the object, designed the birth control informationmanagement system which is suits for the features of this kind of area.This essay mainly performances the work as follows.(1) The present birth control system only can cover the flat information and itcan not show and compare the geographic information of neighborhood and tallbuilding. Aimed at this disadvantage, I put the GIS information technology into usethe birth control system, designed a more precise and particular system managementmethods to improve the efficiency of birth control work.(2) With the help of GIS geographical information analytical methods,I try toadopt the MVC design mode of J2EE, use the three layer framework to design andanalyse the data show which base at the geography landform picture information.(3) Base at the community flat framework and information data ofchildbearing aged women, make the “whole picture scribing,building conditionsemerge, household conditions details,”as design philosophy, it provides the general situation of management and service objects for area, street, resident birth controldepartments with dynamic and visual flat framework form. The purpose is to highlyrelieve workloads of basic level and birth control management workers. It alsoenhance the working efficiency and working level.
