Design And Implementation Of Community Grid Planning System Based On GIS

With the grid management of community in China, the management of familyplanning will be incorporated into the community gridded management to realizedata sharing system. The continuous expansion of city scale, the floating populationand the special people change, is the amount of information in China’s familyplanning work, work to bring heavy planning information maintenance to the localplanning, the traditional work way already could not adapt the social development ofWeixian County, how to improve the work efficiency of the family planning work,will be the application of information the key technology in the family planningsystem. According to the area where the family planning work experience, explorethe geographic information technology of GIS and community based on gridtechnology, and finish the design of family planning information managementsystem based on GIS community grid, and apply the system to the jurisdiction,design and development of information management system for community familyplanning.The main research work of this dissertation is:1according to the traditionalplanning system manual statistical data exists and text table statistics, analysis andcomparison of the jurisdiction of the community health information, the GIS(Geographic Information System), geographical information technology andcommunity gridded management model applied to the planning managementinformation in the system, build a more accurate than traditional GIS and detailedsystem management model to improve the efficiency of the family planning work.2using GIS spatial data and attribute data information of the combination method oftechnical analysis, design intuitive map corresponding to the planning system to remind function, release of health personnel statistics from the tedious data work,mainly women of child-bearing age go interview work, improve the birth quality andservice standards family planning work, the more easily carried out among themasses.3design community grid layout and women of childbearing age datafoundation, to "community grid, building condition, family condition, intuitivedetailed classification statistics" as the design concept, to the Grid Geographicelectronic map real-time dynamic, image, intuitive graphical interface, realize theimplementation of the policy and the highly effective management district, street,neighborhood three mechanism of family planning information query, the system isdesigned to mitigate the grassroots population and FP management staff workload,improve the population and family planning management work efficiency andservice quality.
