The emergence of cyberspace has a profound influence on many aspects of human social lives,such as politics, economy, military and culture fields. However, cyberspace is a "double-edged sword",Increased dependence on cyberspace not only opportunities but also pose a threat. Global, anonymous,openness, vulnerability, and other characteristics of cyberspace make the over-reliance will face a hugethreat in cyberspace. Countries in the world have started to pay attention to the problem of security incyberspace. A sponsor of the Internet as the world, the United States has introduced a number ofcyberspace security strategy, seeking to establish a US-led international order cyberspace. And someother countries, such as France, Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and othercountries, have strengthened the importance of network security, and have adjusted the strategic plan ofcyberspace. This article starting from the concept of cyberspace,priority lists the different definitions ofthe United States in cyberspace, analyzing the characteristics of the evolution of cyberspace,in order todefine its connotation and extension. Second, analyze the impact of cyberspace on the national securityof the United States from the concept of change and institutional change. The concept of changeincluding three aspects, the evolution of the network security strategy, the cross swords of conservatismand constructivism, the changes in the national security concept; and the Institutional change related totwo aspects, the change of management institutions and legal regulations; Again, analyze the impact ofcyberspace on the national security of the United States from the fields of politics, economy, military,culture, information, etc. Political and security mainly related to global hegemony, network sovereignty,network diplomatic, e-government; Economic security mainly related to intellectual property protection,e-commerce and cross-border cyber espionage; Military security mainly related to networkwarfare,changes in defense strategy; Cultural security involves ideological infiltration, valuespromotion, shaping the image of the country; Information security related to critical infrastructuresecurity and information security.Finally,elaborate the security situation faced by China’s cyberspace,such as increasingly frequent cyber attacks, increasingly serious political subversion, informationtechnology controlled by others, Internet market occupied by foreign capital; And the challenges posedby the United States cyberspace strategy the network national security of China, such as the cyber armsrace, China threat theory of the network, system net power, and put forward some specific suggestionsand Countermeasures in response to these challenges.
