In recent years due to the impact of human activities, the wetland environment has been severely damaged.The information management system for wetland environment has already been designed,but it can not fully meet people's requirements for information on real-time.With the rapid development of modern computer and communications technology, the mobile terminal has been gradually integrated into the network information systems.The addition of mobile terminal equipment to improve the function of the network information system, meet the people's demand for real-time information.But join the mobile terminal, also makes the system data become dispersed, the problem of distributed database and heterogeneous database is also produced.This paper mainly focuses on the improvement of wetland monitoring system. At the same time, a data synchronization scheme is designed for the mobile terminal and the server side.This paper focuses on wetland monitoring system to improve while the design for a mobile client and server-side data synchronization programs, so that the entire wetland monitoring system to better serve users.Based on a large number of database synchronization technology research, and combining with the Android system, SQLite database and data system of wetland features designed for wetland monitoring system of mobile terminal and server data synchronization solution.Mobile terminal using Android smart devices, using the SQLite database for data storage, server using web services to encapsulate database on the server and using XML format as the heterogeneous database data exchange format.Through the development of data format conversion, and research on the Android system call Web Service and parse the XML file method,achieve heterogeneous database synchronization.In this paper, the wetland monitoring system has been improved, which meets the requirement of data real-time.Solve the problem of data synchronization between mobile devices and servers, to eliminate the obstacles to further development of information systems, improve the ability of wetland monitoring system for wetland management.Through the data synchronization between the mobile terminal and the server, the system is designed according to the expected functions,basically completed the goal the design which of the project is expected to achieve.
