JBPM Based On Standardized Administrative Management System Design And Implementation

Standardization is an effective way to improve enterprise management level, to promote the development of enterprises.Doing good standardization work is the needs of modern management and scientific management,Also can created economic benefits of necessary work and basic work.The standardized management refers to in order to ensure the completion of standardized tasks, formulated or revised standards, follow-up and implementation of the work.Most of the existing standardized management approach based on manual, it has low efficiency, difficult to save, opaque process, filing and query inconvenient problem. Combining the of specific work of Yunnan Province, to study using the information means to manage the standardized,for the problems of business process changes and the task node delegate we encounter.We completed the following aspects:(1) For the changing of standardized business processes, introduced workflow technology, using the method of standardized service nodes dynamic binding form data.First, according to the definition of standardized business process node, analysis each task node binding form. Secondly binding form data to the task node and development the function of the node required.After completing the above steps, the workflow engine can manage the processes.When standardized business processes change, just a few changes, the system can meet the demand. The system is not need re-develop when process was changed.(2) For the designating of the standardization task node,we put forward dynamic method of the task node delegate,according to the organization tree combined with function points.Firstly, according to the process task node function point for all levels of users has permission quantities assigned the task node function point. So that the user has the permissions of the operating task node. And dynamic process definition in the configuration file to configure the administrative area code of the current user.Last extended JBPM delegated function, standardized task node delegated to the user has a the administrative divisions code and function point.(3) Designed and developed the Yunnan Province standardized administrative system based on JBPM. According to the characters of the Yunnan Province, We analysis and completed thirty-two business processes.We analysis and completed requirement,design and development.We develop the system base on the lightweight J2EE open source framework and the JBPM4.4relatively popular workflow engine.The system has been on line for more than a year. It meets the need of Yunnan Province standardized management work on available and usability.
