During the research, complete thefollowing work：(1)Read literature, analyze the subject research status, study census manner andmethod, comparison analysis the current situation of the community informatizationbetween the domestic and abroad, explore the feasible scheme of census informationmanagement.(2) Study software engineering related theory and knowledge. After choose theappropriate means of achieving and technical scheme, complete the requirementanalysis of The MianYang Mobile Data Service Management System Based on SSHTechnologies, analysis the system business process, analysis the functionalrequirements of the system.(3) System use-case modeling and data flow diagram analysis, the systemfeasibility analysis through the technical, economic and resources etc.(4) System specific design. According to the target of system function,combining system business process analysis, finish the system detailed design.(5) System implementation and testing. Realize the user information encryptionand random verification code generation and gradually complete the system modulesimplementation, finally system functional testing, and analyze the test results.
