Research And Implementation Of Catering Mobile Database Management System Data Consistency

With the development of internet and mobile communication technologies, it is possible for people to access data anywhere and at anytime. Naturally, Mobile Computing and Mobile Database emerged as time requires. As a more flexible and complex mobile computing environment, Mobile Database comes into existence . Nowadays How to construct a mobile database based on traditional distributed database technologies, which can adapt the wireless environment, has been a new direction to database researchesThe thesis particularly studies the status of mobile database, the thesis firstly discusses architectures, characteristics,some key technologies. And the thesis presents a data consistency maintenance solution based on Bi-asynchronism Data Replication technology(B-ADR),which well maintains data consistency in mobile database environment.Combining characteristics of Mobile Database Technologies with traditional duplication methods of distributed databases,B-ADR solution realizes the Bi-asynchronism Data Replication between mobile clients and servers with SQL Server transaction-logs-tables and data broadcasting technologies. There are two links in this solution.As for the up link, it replicates from mobile clients to servers by SQL Server transaction-logs-tables. On the other hand, the down link replicates from servers to mobile clients by the non-flat broadcast dispatcher arithmetic using the critical value.The thesis designs a distributed application system under mobile computing environment with SQL Server as basical database flat and C++ bulider software,and realizes B-ADR solution in the Guangdong Hotel Restaurant Information Management System. Practise proves that the B-ADR data consistency maintenance solution is usability, stabilization, mobility and practiblity.lt is planning to appliy in the Guangzhou Wanghujing e-business system and the e-govemment system based on mobile computing with Pocket PC.Finally, the thesis summarizes the new technologies and theories aboutdistributed database under mobile computing environment,and shows the direction of the further study.
