In the traditional UAV system, which is relatively independent, UAVs of variouskinds must equip with unique software system of ground control station (GCS). Thistraditional mode adversely affects the resource coordination and information sharingamong different UAV systems, constrains the development of UAV system efficiencyand greatly increases the complexity of UAV system application,thus multiplying thecosts for UAV equipment, training, operation and maintenance and leading to lesspopularity and application of UAV system.This paper presents the generalized software system of UAV ground controlstation.,and design the software system of ground control station.Firstly, generalized GCS software system could receive and analyze data of variousUAV platforms and payloads, and different UAVs could analyze data sent by other GCSsoftware system, requiring consistent communication protocol among different UAVs.Further, generalized GCS software system could execute operation and control ondifferent UAVs, requiring completion of data analysis, platform and payload statusdisplay as well as UAV control input and command sending on the basis ofcorresponding command&control logic.In addition, generalization is also applied to the modules of GCS, which ensuresequipment sharing among different GCSs.At last,generalized ports,protocol and modules of real-time control software and HUDsoftware are tested and verified。...
