Design And Implementation Of Internal-trainer Management System Based On FLEX And J2EE Technology

Sustained and rapid development of large enterprises need a high-qualityemployee, internal employee education and training is the best way to convenient,cost-effective construction of it. The training, evaluation, use and management of theInternal-Trainer, for the training department, is a long and arduous task. Thereforethe establishment of a separate set of shared platform in a variety of business systemssoftware, to achieve unified Internal-Trainer management for the training department,to achieve the information of Internal-Trainer publishing and sharing for variousdepartment in large enterprises, bring strong technical supports, and improve theefficiency of training handle, auxiliary support for enterprise talent management anddecision-making.This thesis, I presided over the whole design and development of the"Internal-Trainer Management System" for the entire software engineering life cycle,recorded from the database level to the user-interface to show the realization of themodel structure of the software described in detail, research and validation thatinvolves some techniques to do the full practice of a software projectconstruction.The main contents are as follows:1.The significance of subject’s source, and present research situation at homeand abroad;2.The relevant software technology involved in this system;3.The system requirement analysis and summary design process;4.The system development and implementation process of integration, includingthose relating to the skills, difficult points and innovation;5.A brief introduction to the process of system test and function UI.
