The future of big data is both a business opportunity and a challenge,which makes theInternet and operators have to take appropriate measures for bandwidth.Throttlinganddiverting become two trends.Throttling will affect the quality of the user experience,people generally does not support throttling ways to ease the pressure of bandwidth,andthis time3G WIFI Offload applications.The first step of3G WIFI Offload is to find the most suitable WIFI for the user,which determines the quality and speed use3G WIFI Offload technology to access the3G core business service.At present has two network discovery and selection methodsnamed centralized and distributed.Centralized method requires high configurationhardware server to support high concurrent user access, the frequent hardwarereplacement will be a lot of wasted resources.And the distributed method requiresconstantly searching for the information of the surrounding environment WIFI networkalso lead to a lot of wasted energy,and on users themselves also exist a large number ofradiation.Based on these two cases,the paper proposes a new kind of network discoveryand selection method, avoid short take longs, let user access WIFI networkoptimizationeffective.Firstly the paper introduces the background of3G WIFI Offload is the era of bigdata,high concurrent access to the bandwidth of the enormous pressure.Followed byintroduction of3G WIFI Offload at this stage some ways.And then focus on the existingtwo network discovery and selection methods to analyze their shortcomings,andproposes a new centralized hierarchical network discovery and selection.Future networkdevelopment trend of mobile internet a variety of network convergence,the papers withthe fourth chapter describes the centralized layered network discovery and selectionswitch problem,including coverage areas overlap and coverage ares do not overlap.The main innovations of this paper consists of two aspects,Centralized hierarchical,a kind of support a3G WIFI Offload network discovery and selection method caneffectively save energy waste and radiation,reduce hardware replacement caused waste, and to provide users with accurate optimization WIFI network information.For the centralized and hierarchical network discovery and selection methodproposed switch in different coverage overlapping areas receive energy maximizationalgorithm toselect the overlap region server management of interactive communicationproblem,the maximum probability of movingtrend prediction algorithms allow theserver to do Next prepare as well as seamless handover algorithm pass COA care-ofaddress to ensure seamless handover.Finally,see the future of3G WIFI OFFLOAD technology trends in the mobile Internet,and centralized hierarchical network discovery and development chosen for analysis andforecasting.I believe that in the era of big data, they will certainly get rapiddevelopment.
