| Along with the expansion of Office and Office staff mobility increases, traditionalOffice Automation (OA) system has been unable to meet the demand of mobile staff.On the other hand, the2G/3G network provides users with ubiquitous network accesswhich is the foundation for the Mobile Office. Through the use of mobile2G/3Gnetwork communications capability provided by mobile ISPs, Office automation systemcan effectively support mobile office without of the limitations of the traditional OAsystem. Mobile OA system is very flexible. Users can process business anywhere andanytime through mobile network access. By this way, the work efficiency can beimproved effectively.Based on the forementioned issues, this thesis studys South Guizhou VocationalInstitute of technology mobile OA system. Firstly, a survey of leadership and facultymembers was conducted. A detailed requirement analysis of the mobile OA system wasobtained. Then, this work completed the design and implementation of this mobile OAsystem. The main features of this study are listed as follows.1) This mobile OA system is developed by jointly using J2ME and J2EEtechnology. All operations and data exchange are processed through Servletprocessing logic and data communication networks. Sevlet processing logicprovides a standard API which ensures the consistency in programdevelopment at two different development techniques.2) Mobile OA system introduces the workflow management system, andintegrated into the2G/3G network speed and intelligent terminal equipmentperformance and other factors, optimization of the official transfer of theprocess, improve the efficiency of mobile office. Introduction of workflowmanagement is the core technologies of the whole mobile OA system.3) Mobile OA system development is based on the extension of the traditional OAsystem to mobile smart OA, and the use of advanced software engineeringdesign and development of software technology, completed a structure basedon C/S mobile OA system, completed the workflow management, work management, internal e-mail, public notice, news view features.Mobile OA system through the late deployment and testing, the mobile OA systemcan meet the requirement of function and performance, and has good expansibility,development, integration, flexibility, security and other advantages. By networktechnology, modern mobile technology and the traditional OA system combines mobileOA system is the traditional OA system is a direction of development, is the futuredeveloping trend of OA system. Development of the system for the follow-up of theinformation management system provides a reference to Mobile Office applicationdevelopment. |
